PERMISSION TO TRAVEL

U.S. Based Teams
U90C Tournaments are sanctioned through US Soccer Federation member organization US Club Soccer.  Because US Club Soccer is a national company, Permission To Travel is not required for any U90C events anywhere within the U.S.

International Teams
The USSF does require permission to travel documentation from your home federation.  Please contact our office (info@u90c.com) for the documentation requirements.

ARRIVAL DATES

U.S. Based Teams
U.S. teams from outside of Texas (out of state) and Canadian teams are required to arrive by Tuesday of tournament week.

International Teams
International teams are required to arrive by Monday of tournament week at the latest.​

​STAY-TO-SAVE HOTEL PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)

This event operates a Stay-to-Save program and offers participating teams the opportunity to access negotiated group rates and associated program benefits by booking through our contracted partner hotel network. Participation in the event is not conditioned upon booking through a partner hotel. Teams who do not book through the partner hotel network remain eligible to compete in said event but will not receive Stay-to-Save program rates or benefits.

Stay-to-Save Program Benefits:

  • Negotiated Room Block Rates: Discounted group rates for your entire team/group, subject to room block availability and the posted booking deadline
  • Proximity: Contracted hotels are located near tournament facilities
  • Preferred Amenities: Program rates may include added amenities such as complimentary daily breakfast, parking, or Wi-Fi at participating locations (please review the specific hotel details page at the time of booking to verify what’s included)
  • Weather Cancellation Protection: If the event is cancelled due to weather, reservations made through the partner hotel network by the posted booking deadline may be cancelled without penalty

​LOCAL TRANSPORTATION

All teams are responsible for their own transportation during the tournament, including airport transfers, except for international teams doing a homestay program.
