PERMISSION TO TRAVEL
U.S. Based Teams
U90C Tournaments are sanctioned through US Soccer Federation member organization US Club Soccer. Because US Club Soccer is a national company, Permission To Travel is not required for any U90C events anywhere within the U.S.
International Teams
The USSF does require permission to travel documentation from your home federation. Please contact our office (info@u90c.com) for the documentation requirements.
ARRIVAL DATES
U.S. Based Teams
U.S. teams from outside of Texas (out of state) and Canadian teams are required to arrive by Tuesday of tournament week.
International Teams
International teams are required to arrive by Monday of tournament week at the latest.
STAY-TO-PLAY POLICY
This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament. All teams traveling greater than 75-miles from McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch will be required to book through our travel partner (as a condition of acceptance). Please do not call the hotels directly. Please book through the hotel reservation link. We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in sponsoring our event.
U90C is proud to partner with Landon Travel, a travel/booking agency with expertise in managing travel for sports events. Landon Travel provides an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms with our partnered hotels at the best rates. These rates are always the same, if not lower than, their best available rate and usually includes breakfast for your team.
Landon Travel guarantees that if the tournament is cancelled due to weather, you will not be charged for any cancellation penalties that you may otherwise have been subject to if you made your reservation elsewhere. This guarantee does not include hotel reservations made after the hotel cut off dates.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
All teams are responsible for their own transportation during the tournament, including airport transfers, except for international teams doing a homestay program.
